Capt. Rob Semkowyc said it was all stripers when he started today, but bluefish horned in eventually -- and it was a mix of the two species after that as there were five keeper stripers plus bonus bass taken on the Sea Hunter from Atlantic Highlands. Capt. Dave Riback started finding fish at Shrewsbury Rocks, and continued to the north as anglers on his Queen Mary from Point Pleasant all caught their bonus bass plus all the blues they wanted.
The bird life is up and the Stripers are biting. We are fishing Tomorrow Wednesday the 16th I have gotten a few calls so we will be headed out for sure. I have lots of bonus tags to get rid of so come on down. See you tomorrow Capt. Rob

12-15-15 Windy day, usually cold but not today. these cold fronts dont have the cold in em. Good fishing most of the day today unlike yesterday where they chewed only in the morning for us. Guys limited out early and easily,,some first timers struggled and did not catch but we made sure they went home with fish,,as everyone onboard did today. pretty decent day out I thought with a great bunch of people. look forward to tomorrow already, weather is gonna be nice again!!
Santee said there were four areas of birds when he first got out there with his Fishermen from Atlantic Highlands, and bass dominated before some big blues were added. The Queen Mary from Point Pleasant reported a a fast start with blues and then got into stripers.
