Atlantic Highlands sea bass porgy blackfish October 28 28 October 2014 Capt. Tom Another nice day of fishing from the Atlantic Highlands marina today. Tried a spot before going home and found some nice size keeper sea bass with some short action.
Hit a number of spots both shallow and deep and could only manage to pick at mainly seabass everywhere that we tried despite having the machines lit up with life on all of the pieces. Bill Gugliatta, Guttenberg, NJ, took the pool with a seabass.
Today Capt. Cliff ran the open boat Tog trip and the fishing was very good again for everyone aboard. The second wreck was all we needed for the rest of the day with fish coming steady all around the boat.
