I realize that there are boats that are advertising live lining trips, but the reality is that you can't catch something that is not there. At that time, we will schedule our live lining trips.
Sunday morning looks best, with southwest winds finally arriving at 10 to 15 mph before ending up at 25 mph in the afternoon. At Seaside Park, Grumpy's Tackle reported that town's docks are producing big blues on bunker chunks -- while metal and bucktails are producing in the inlets.
The weather should be clearing for tomorrow and I have seen and caught BLUEFISH in our river this week and there are reports from commerical boats that there are BLUES in the ocean. We are sailing tomorrow and we will be in search of STRIPERS BLUES.
We will continue to sail every day at from 7am-3pm and 7pm - 12am for Blues and Striped Bass. Even on rainy days we will still give it a shot because there are fish in the Bay and we are protected from the big seas.
