10 28 Fishing Report Tuesday, 28 October 2014 18 33 Written by Capt. Jack Hey Gang, Capt. Eddie reported an excellent day of fishing and catching. The fares had drop and reel jumbo porgy fishing all day with some nice sea bass and tog mixed in.
Some nicer fish have been caught on Bunkers and eels with just a showing of smaller fish on the jigs. Capt. Dan has been slugging away on the night trips, fishing has been good when the conditions are right, catching them on eels.

Capt. Dave De Gennaro ran his Hi-Flier north from Manasquan Inlet this morning to try bunker schools where I had hooked a 46-inch bass on Sunday, and put his party into a 28-pounder while three others were lost to pulled hooks. While off Long Branch he got a call from someone on the Manasquan Inlet jetty who saw bass crashing into a bunker school there.
