Bounced around from area to area with wind against tide and no drift for a good part of the morning which made for a pretty slow day overall with some shorts and a few keepers everywhere we went. Today's keepers were mainly all QUALITY fish once again.
We catch a few fish on each drift, and as each day progresses, we grind it out and the numbers on a whole do add up. Today for instance the biggest fluke on the boat was 8lb 4oz which tied the monthly pool fish.
June 20, 2014 Friday Report We have to mention the beautiful day to be fishing, flat seas and a nice drift this morning, and action right from the start, between the short fluke keeping you busy and keeper fluke coming over the rail. Later in the morning the drift slowed, we moved to deeper water and fished over structure with action again from the short flatties and a nice mix of quality keepers also in the mix were sea bass.
