Not much in the way of movement early, fisihng was very dull, few keepers here and there but not many and not that many shorts either,A few nice sea bass here and there to,But overall slow for most of the gang onboard,up in the bow though high hook was Nick who did catch his limit of Fluke and split the pool fish with Sammy who had a couple of nice keepers,I think Sammy would of had his limit as well but pulled the hook on some nice fish on the other side of the bow,Pink shine and white colored grubs were the ticket for them. Any way,I like the forecast for tomorrow!!
Had Jeremy backout again for bft with buddy AngelTook advantage of the weather window and got to the Grounds early. Soon after the guys wanted aShot at mahi, no luck, hit a wreck for cod no luck, we Decided to get home for lunch to grill the fish up
We had very good action in the morning with the Fluke but i would have liked to see more keepers. The afternoon was a whole different story plenty of action and a good keeper count for a lite crowed, The pool in the afternoon was split by Bob Torete with a 4lb fish Bob also landed 4 keepers and Nick Kides from Sayerville NJ who left the boat with three nice keepers.

August 4, 2014 Monday report Nice day to be fishing, morning drift was a little slow, that did not stop the short flatties from keeping you busy all around the rail, can't forget the keepers in the mix coming aboard. Tyler Larabuente form Belmar also had some quality keepers and shortie fluke that kept him busy.
