Had good conditions for a couple of drifts first thing this morning but were only able to manage a handful of VERY NICE fish before the action died. Joe Stefanelli, Maplewood, NJ, had a couple of keepers including his personal-best 8 pound 2 ounce fish!!
Fourth Drift We are back to catching a few each time we stop with a keeper or two mixed in. Also, the early leader for the month of July is Mr. Co-June Flukemaster winner Carmine Mangini with a 4 lb 1 oz fish.
Kenny got a great hookset, and Bill took the rod, the fish sizzled line for a good few minutes, then settled down. Doc leadered the fish, Bill was on the rod, Ryan had the gaff for the tail, and Kenny had the flyer.
