The marine forecast is for west winds at 20-25 knots with gusts to 30 in the morning which should reduce the 5-8-foot seas.
The Golden Eagle from Belmar reported the ocean striper fishing was a pick among lots of fish in sight. Bob Matthews at Fisherman s Den in Belmar Marina said the striper boats there have had good jigging off Highlands, and blackfishing is good at times.
