Capt. Ron Santee swept the docks at Atlantic Highlands to get barely enough to sail for fluke with his Fishermen. The Queen Mary from Point Pleasant reported good bait fishing over the weekend for chub mackerel, sea bass and sharks.

Atlantic Highlands fluke fishing July 4 04 July 2016 Capt. Tom Made both morning and afternoon trips again today. We went back to Sandy Hook bay where we had better action picking at shorts and a few more keepers.
Dave Brink, Port Monmouth, NJ, had several keepers up to his 8 pound 9 ounce fish. Tommy Hollywood, Jr., Staten Island, NY, stole the show today, however, when he boated a 10 POUND 8 OUNCE DOORMAT which is the second of his fluking career and our SIXTH DOORMAT of the young fluke season ALREADY!!
Sharpies did limits on Half Day trips on Fluke from 3-6 pounds . Rentals did well also with teaser rigs and Gulp mullet proven by our biggest Fluke of the season caught on Saturday afternoon by 11 year old William Devito Bingmans Twp, Pa.
