(SATURDAY) This A.M we ran an open boat extended Fluke trip and the fishing started off slow due to no drifting conditions. We even power drifted to try to help the situation out which helped a bit . when the conditions improved and the boat started to drift the Fluke and Sea bass started to play. The next few hours we had good action with keepers and shorts coming over the rails. James was HH with his limit up to 7 lbs and some other quality units and Danny & Abe had four plus some jumbo Sea Bass and everyone else had some.

(SUNDAY) Today we had an open boat mudhole wreck trip and the fishing was good with a nice mixed bag of tasty bottom dwellers. We had almost perfect conditions all day till the last hour when the wind started to puff up. I was able to go from wreck to wreck due to a very slow drift and catch fish from every wreck which was very productive not wasting time putting hooks in the water all day. The catch consisted of Ling,Cod, winter Flounder & Sea Bass. By day’s end the crew had a full cooler of fish to go home with.

(MONDAY) Today we had another Mudhole wreck trip and it was nice for the first few miles out then the front rolled in and weather conditions changed quickly. I decided to stop a little short of the hole to see what lived there to the front passed. We got anchored up and had a pick going of jumbo Flounder, Tog, Ling & Sea Bass. When that slowed we started to make our way to the hole but it was like being in a washing machine and had to make a decision, so i decided to go back to the North where we plucked away at the Ling. The conger Eels were a real pain in the side today with double headers at times. The last drop of the day we made a stop on a Sea Bass wreck and had our limit in short order with some nice units coming up.
