Ran our open boat trip this morning. Ran into the bird life right away and had a nice pick of keepers and shorts. Kept bouncing around all day with a steady pick on shads and poppers. Ended the morning with our limit of 6 28-43" fish and probably released another 25-30 fish.

PM- This afternoon was our last afternoon trip of the 2016 season and what an afternoon. Took a ride and found some bunker schools. Worked poppers and top water plugs and had a nice pick of fish to 15 lbs along with some shorts. Managed to box our limit of 4 and release another 10. Took a ride and found acres of bass rolling on the surface. For the next hour and a half the guys had a blast catching bass after bass on poppers. Finished the afternoon early boxing our limit of 4 28-43" fish and releasing another 60+ fish.
