Had to wait for the drift this morning but when we finally got it we had very good fishing most of the day. Loads of action with shorts and keepers in the mix. Catches ranged up to limits+ with Nick La Sala, Bloomingdale, NJ, keeping his limit from 9 legal fish up to 7 pounds 3 ounces! Quite a few of the guys ended up with 2, 3 or 4 keepers while some struggled with just shorts. That's part of the game. Art Garrett, Red Bank, NJ, took the pool on his birthday with a 7 pound 7 ounce fish! We have had absolutely nothing to complain about with the fluking we have had so far this year and hopefully the fishing will stay hot for the rest of the season! See you in the morning.
