08/06/16 Fishing started slow this morning with wind against tide. Managed to find mainly shorts in a couple of areas. Once we got the change of tide and a nice drift the guys picked away at a nice mix of keepers and shorts until it was time to come home. The faster the drift got the better the fish began to bite. Tom Hollywood Sr., Staten Island, NY, took the pool with a 6 pound 13 ounce fish.
