With a return to west winds tonight, the seas should start to settle and waters will begin clearing. Party boats may return to sailing, and the Cock Robin from Point Pleasant is committed to do so at 6 a.m. for stripers. Grumpy's Tackle in Seaside Park didn't have any weigh-in's today, but three were recorded Tuesday -- topped by a 38-inch , 20.45-pound striper on an SP Minnow by Phil Accalatta. Betty & Nick's reported small bass were being caught in the surf on bunker and swim shads.
