2009-02-26 - Too rough Offshore ...Sea of Abaco fishing just fine
Ventured offshore today and sea conditions werent too pretty. We gave it a valiant effort for Just over and hour with only 1 bite to speak of. Sea conditions werent improving so we decided to go inside to the flat calm waters in the sea of Abaco. Just inshore of Guana we had a pretty good mixed bag with some mutton snappper, porgies and some nice size cero mackeral. The highlight of the day was boating a nice mutton sin the 11 lb range. When its too rough outside there is plenty to keep you busy in the Abacos.
