All those anxious to get in a day of winter fishing in reasonable conditions should be on the water Wednesday  when, after a very cold start, it's supposed to get up to almost 30 degrees during a sunny day -- just before a coastal storm and snow move in Wednesday night.  Party boats still fishing should be out tomorrow, as will the Mimi VI from Point Pleasant. They'll sail open for blackfish with a fare of $75. Call 732 370-8019 to reserve a spot.  Joe Melillo, at Castaways Tackle in Point Pleasant, says his regulars are still catching a few very small stripers in the surf However, Jerry Lasko of Point Pleasant gave up on that fishing. He said there were lots of small bass swirling in the Lavallette surf last Tuesday evening, but it's been dead there since then. The surf water temperature is down to 35 degrees.
