Acting DEP Commissioner Catherine Mc Cabe has appointed Debbie Mans as Deputy Commissioned of that agency. Mans has been serving as executive director of the NY-NY Baykeeper since 2008.She was also the Energy Policy Advisor to former Governor Jon Corzine.
