Father s Day Week-End Wrap-Up! Fluke and Blues! Happy Father s Day! Fluke fishing is improving as long as the condtions are right! Saturday afternoon was decent for us with some nice size keeper flatties coming over the rail up to 5lbs with some keeper Sea Bass in the mix as well. Capt. Kevin Erickson said that the action was good this morning as well. Not as many keepers but anglers bouncing bucktails and spro jigs had a good morning catching shorts with a keeper coming up here and there. The afternoon was slow today but we did find some life towards the end of the trips with keepers and shorts coming up! I noticed that the water is up to 68 degrees so the Fluke fishing should get better from here on out! We will give it our best tomorrow! Boat will be opened at 6 30AM! Bluefishing was tough for us again this weekend. Last night we did catch a few small Blues! This could be a start and more fish could start moving in over the week. We did anchor up over rocks and caught some Ling and Sea Bass as well. Hopefully by this upcoming weekend the smaller Blues will school up and we can get into the action with them.
