Since the storm we had on Saturday, fishing slowed up for us the past couple of days. Â We do see some shorts along with a keeper here and there coming up as well as a few Sea Bass but it is not like the fishing we had last week. Â There are plenty of fish in the area, they just have to get hungry again. Â I spoke to Capt. Kevin this morning and he said that there was plenty of action on the shorts a with a couple of keepers in the mix so maybe this is a start for them to get back on the chew!
Bluefishing is still tough for us. Â We have been looking but have not seen much yet. Â We have been anchoring up and picking at the Ling with a Cod here and there. Â We are really hoping to see these fish move in the next week or so here. Â We will keep giving it our best!
