Great weekend to be on the ocean. Â The water was calm and the temperature was nice as well. Â On Saturday, we pick at some keeper and short Cod on most of the spots. Â Pool winner went around 12lbs! Â There was a lot of life between the bergal bites and conger eels to keep you busy. Â Today was very tough for us. Â Not much life at all. Â We started off in the area where we had been fishing only to see a few small Cod and a keeper Cod. Â I bounced around there for most of the morning but never got anything going. Â From there, we went inshore and tried it. Â It was slow in there as well but we did see a few small Blackfish, one keeper Blackfish, and a few small and keeper Cod. Â I think the fish just took the day off. Â Tomorrow is another day! Â If we have a small crowd tomorrow, I'm going to give it another shot inshore to see if we can get the Blackfish to chew tomorrow. Â The weather looks great!
