Captain's Focus

July 16th and Past Few Days The Fluke were picky the past few days. A few here and a few there but slow. Some good size Sea Bass came up though and helped anglers bring home dinner. Today was better with some good size Fluke coming up this morning. Some Sea bass in the mix as well. Anglers bouncing around gulps had most of the bites. Pool winner went around 5lbs. We are fishing around rough bottom so if you are coming out be sure to bring plenty of tackle. We have plenty of sinkers and plain rigs on board. We should only see the fishing get better everyday. We picked a few small Blues on Saturday night. We seen some swimming around the slick but we re tough to catch. Anglers did drop to the bottom and caught some Ling and Sea Bass as well. The Blues are small but lots of fun with light tackle. This fishing should only get better as well. Back at it Friday night!
