Atlantic Highlands fluke fishing August 27

Made both morning and afternoon trips again today. On the morning trip there was still some easterly wind so we started out in the bay. We picked some shorts every drift. Te wind diminished so we went out to Flynns Knoll and picked more shorts. On the afternoon trip we started out on Flynns Knoll and had a better pick on shorts. The weather improved so we worked out towards the area were we fished last week. We picked shorts on every drift but no keepers. There were a lot of fluke caught this afternoon but the regulations kept us from keeping any to take home. We will be back trying again tomorrow and hopefully we can catch some keepers. We are half day fishing for fluke everyday making two trips (8am to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
