Nov 2 2013 11/2 Sat- Sea Bass & Porgies We are sailing tomorrow at 7am for Sea Bass, Porgies & Blackfish. It was a nice day out on the water. We had a swell left over from yesterdays blow but it was not bad. Started at the reef where we only caught a few blackfish and 1 porgy. Changed areas and we had action with the sea bass and porgies for the rest of the day. Anchoring conditions were not good so it was tough to stay on each drop and we had to keep moving but overall i thought it was a decent day. We had to pick though a lot of short sea bass to get the keepers but still everyone caught a mix of sea bass and really nice size porgies and everyone had fish to take home for dinner.
