TV personality George Poveromo fished out of Brielle Yacht Club yesterday with Ryan DeGraw as they got into yellowfin tuna. The Golden Eagle from Belmar reported another fine morning of jigging blefish before switching to sea bass for the two per day presently allowed. At Atlantic Highlands, Capt. Ron Santee said there was so little drift this morning that he had to power drift the Fishermen. Conditions improved as a few fares managed two or three keepers plus sea bass. The forecast is for southwest winds at 5-10 knots before increasing to 10-15 in the afternoon.
