Weekend Fishing Reports

We did not sail on Saturday morning, the wind was still blowing pretty good and the swells where up, so we stayed home.  We did make it out for our first night Striped Bass trip at 7pm and caught the first Striped Bass of the season.  We only landed two keepers and released some shorties but it was good to see see some life.

Sundays Mudhole trip went out at 6am, Capt. Tony started in the deep and worked his way in.  It was just a slow pick of Ling, a few short Cod and Tog came up but not an impressive day. the heave left over from the south wind the last couple of days tooks it toll on the bottom.  The one good thing is that the inshore drops are starting to see better life.
