This morning, Captain Lenny started the day East of our inlet. We caught small blues on Ava 27's & 47's and had some good drifts inshore of the mud hole. We took a ride back to the beach where we had good fishing on big blues yesterday. It didn't pan out so we ran offshore between the mud buoy and 17 fathoms picking at 3-5 lb blues with a few 12 pounder's. We finished East of the rocks amongst vast school's of bunker with a few big blues in them and we were able to jig a few 14 pounder's. Some limit's were had around the boat on small blues. Our pool winner was Joe Sirvent from Rockaway Township, NJ with a 15 lb blue.
