Fishing started off slow this morning. We ran up the beach and didn't find anything so we made a move and ended up catching off the beach picking at some blues and a couple stripers on the rocks. There was plenty of bird life and readings, the fish just did not want to cooperate today. At the end of the day, we ended up with a couple dozen blues and a couple of stripers. Our pool winners were Sean from Seaview Remodeling with a 12 lb blue and Karen from Monmouth Building Center with a 22 lb striper.
