Captain's Focus

Another good 2 days of fishing.

Friday started out very tough with little drift and I ran far and wide looking for a bite.  Moved to plan B and trolled up some Bonito waiting for a drift.  When we finally got a drift (around 1:30), the bite took off and we quickly put 10 nice Fluke in the box.

Saturday was the exact opposite in some sense but turned out exactly the same.  The forecasted winds of 15 out of the NW were more like 25 out of the N.  Only option was to stick to the beach and it produced little.  Low and behold as the day wore on things settled a bit and at 1:30 we started catching Fluke again in numbers at the same location as the day before.

Have one good weekend left to Fluke.  Go get em'.
