Had a great bunch of guys from the Philadelphia Inquirer out on Monday.  Man, what a bad day.  South winds quickly kicked up and shut down any hope of a good fluke bite.  Deciding to give the bay a try is was either wind against tide or drift at 2.4 knots.    Nothing worse as a charter captain then to see a bunch of nice guys disappointed.  Total for the day 5 Fluke, 1 Seabass, 1 Searobin.  Ouch!
