It was a beautiful day on the Ocean yesterday.  However, the fishing was tough.  I gather the swell from Danielle had things just a bit off.  And despite the swell, most of the fish we caught were on a power drift.  Total in the box for the day 2 Fluke, 1 Seabass and 1 Croaker.  Not great.

If Fluke are your thing, you better get out in the next couple of days.  The forecast looks ominous later this week with Tropical Storm conditiions expected.  It kills me that the season closes so early.  Hopefully, next year we will get a break on the regs.
