Captain's Focus

Worked hard looking for fish but finally prevailed and were able to bang 4 nice keeper Fluke on the Ocean.  Even the shorts were very nice fish with at least as many over 17 inches but just oh so short.

I heard a lot of bad reports today from the guys working the Ocean but I think maybe they are missing the bite.  The beachfront is cold right now with mucho upwelled water.  However, run out a few miles and you can get some darn near tropical readings.  I had a mark of 79.6 inside of 10 miles today.  The best bite seems to be in about 65 ft of water (5 miles off the beach).  POWER DRIFT if the drift is below .5 kts.
