Based on second and third hand information the Winter Flounder are not cooperating for those few who are trying to catch them.  I did however, overhear a conversation of a fella complaining that he only caught 1 Winter Flounder but caught 13 Bluefish.  This is the first I heard of any Blues being caught in the Bay proper so far this year.  A bit early, but we should see a big push in the next 2 weeks.
