Forget the you should have been here yesterday's. You should have been here today! Bunker schools were just south of the inlet and it was unbelievable fishing. Still no Bass but large to VERY LARGE Blue fish were on the bunker all afternoon. What started out as a snotty trip with a stiff NE breeze and a big chop turned into a beautiful day and an all out blitz.

Had a couple of young ladies on board and I didn't want them to wear out snagging Bunker. So I was snagging and hooking the bunker for them. It was very difficult to even get the Bunker to the boat. Frequently, only a head or tail made it to the boat. One time, I saw a Blue coming after the Bunker so I popped it out of the water in an effort to save it. Mr. Blue exploded out of the water and grabbed it in mid air. All fish were over 10 lbs!
