It was nice to get back on the water after the weather and wind the past few days. Our catch today consisted of mostly seabass with a couple of blackfish, blowfish and a number of fluke which were thrown back. We had to bounce around a lot making a bunch of stops for the nice group of fishermen aboard today. There were more shorts mixed in the catch than we had been seeing before the weather a couple of days ago. High hook ended up with around a dozen keeper seabass and on down from there. Ken Smith, Newark, NJ, took the pool with a nice seabass. West wind will not be a problem for tomorrow. See you in the morning.
