A gusty northeast wind limited where we could fish today. Tried a couple of spots out front but it was snotty with a fast drift. Spent most of the day in Sandy Hook Bay with the rest of the boats. We found plenty of action on each drift but not many big enough to take home. A couple of keepers on each drift was the best that we could find. Brad Weaver, Bound Brook, NJ, had plenty of action using bucktails and managed a few keepers up to 4 pounds 4 ounces. Not everyone did as well, however. Light winds for tomorrow so we will be heading back to the areas where we have been working lately definitely looking for some bigger fish. See you in the morning.
