A nice weather forecast brought out a good group of regulars today. Headed back to where we have been fishing and managed to pick a few nice fish on each drift this morning while we had a good drift. More keepers than shorts once again. Once the drift finally died we left the area to check out several different spots that have given us some very nice fish lately but could only manage a couple of more keepers in each area with little drift once again. A handful of the guys ended up doing well but it was a slow day overall. Rich Daniels, Phillipsburg, NJ, caught his limit up to 5 pounds 9 ounces bouncing spros. Jack Tabor, Paramus, NJ, had a 5 pound 11 ounce fish. Bill Gugliotta, Guttenberg, NJ, had a couple of keepers up to 5 pounds 7 ounces. Steve Smith, Guttenberg, NJ, had three keepers including the 6 pound 13 ounce pool fish. Great weather the next several days so enjoy it! See you in the morning.
