Fished a different area today with much better conditions. Had a good mix of shorts and keepers much of the morning with the outgoing tide until we lost the current. Once the tide changed after noon the fish shut down for us but most of the guys got in on the action before that happened. Tommy Hollywood, Jr., Staten Island, NY, took the pool with a 16 pound fish. Tomorrow (Mother's Day) looks like great weather and light winds on what is usually not a crowded day so come take advantage of it. See you in the morning.
