It was chilly on the blackfish grounds with a northeast breeze much of the day. Fishing was similar to yesterday but with a higher throwback ratio than the guys found yesterday. Some of the guys picked through the shorts to end up or near their limits while some had mainly shorts. The guys with the asian crabs did best with the keepers today but green crabs also worked. Bill Higginson, Flemington, NJ, took the pool with a 6 pound 4 ounce fish. Light winds tomorrow should make for another very nice day on the water. (Click here to see pictures)
