The AM trip saw plenty of action on the shorts and several quality keeper fluke landed.  Timmy was spot on with a 4.5 lb pool winner and his limit, while Matt was not far behind with 4 keeper flatties.
The great weather continued into the afternoon and made for a good day for the Dads and kids outing organized by James McCarthy.  We had several other families aboard and Jeremy and Jake did  a fine job of helping the kids as well as the moms and dads. John from Plainfield took the afternoon pool with his 3.5 lb fluke.  Grace, who fished with us for many years in Sheepshead Bay was out with her husband and it was good to see them here in Atlantic Highlands.
Sailing every day 8 am and 1:30 pm.
