Despite a very big roll from the passing storm that came up the coast, the porgy fishing was decent. Average man caught between 20 to 25 fish. The readings we were seeing on the fish machine showed the porgies off the bottom about 15 feet or so, which is typical after a blow. Once this roll settles the fish with head back to the bottom and start biting like they should. We will be out Saturday and Sunday in hopes of repeating what we did a couple of weeks ago. It’s game on!
