Capt. Phil is putting the final touches on the cockpit and engine room - both in need of a paint job - and then Capt. Mark DeBlasio and Tom Kelly will be heading down to Morehead City on Tuesday or Wednesday to get in on the bite. The season started early this year down there so hopefully it is a good sign of things to come.
