Capt. Phil Dulanie and Mark DeCabia had the Todd Polumbo charter down in the South Toms and got a couple fish to the boat quick on the chunk but then just pick 2 more fish the rest of the night under horrible conditions with wind again tide and all the baits running to the bow. Up on the troll in the monring to pull a couple more fish for the charter they struck out and came home with only 4 yellowfin.
