05/16/2013 We had the Bob McColgan charter on board today and Capt. Paul ran north to give Livelining a try. We drifted the livies along the edge of the channel and had 2 Bass in the boat within the first 45 minutes. Then the Blues moved in and the bite was over for us. Trolling Spoons was not productive so finally we anchored on good bottom and cracked Clams with zero results. We agree with Capt. Ron that these fish are now on the Spawn and the fishing is going to be tough over the next several days. Spots are still available for the Open Boat Seabass trips on June 3, 4 & 5. E-Mail or call me at 732-323-8700 to reserve your spot. Thanks, Paul
