We have been making both morning and afternoon trips everyday from the Atlantic Highlands marina. On Friday 8/22 the morning trip was tough and on the afternoon trip we picked away at shorts with some keepers. While some people had no keepers we had a high hook of four. On Saturday 8/25 both trips were not good. Today was not great but it was an improvement over yesterday. We picked a mix of mostly shorts with a few keepers each trip. Tire John was the exception on the morning trip with his five fish limit. The pick was about the same on the afternoon trip with a high hook of two keepers. We are sailing everyday making two trips (8am to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6pm). The kids are going back to school soon so lets get that fishing trip in before they go back. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
