Captain's Focus

With the slow striper fishing throughout the Delaware Bay, we've been taking the boat back to the ocean, despite the togging being closed to harvest. Just because they're closed to keeping, doesn't mean they're closed to catching! The action has been very good with plenty of fish and some nice ones in the mix. On Friday, we had excellent action with fish to 8 or 9 pounds coming over the rail and being released to fight another day. Saturday, we were back out with another group looking for good action and we found nice action on a couple locations we fished with fish to 9 pounds. My nine year old daughter, Kaitlyn, was able to join us for this trip and she did a great job keeping up with the rest of the crew with pulling fish over the gunwales! Thanks everyone and hoping to be back out Tuesday!
