Happy New Year! Â We hosted our last trip of 2013 today with Tim, Greg, Greg, Adam, John, and Mike. Â Togging was slow for
us today with a building southwest wind and a very hard running north current. \n  We fished several spots today.  A couple
had a fair pick at times and several were very slow. Â We did manage to box 16 keeper tog, including an 11lber for John...his
personal best. Â Congrats! Â On the way home, we were treated to a belated Christmas gift when we ran into a gigantic bird
play with 1000s of gannets pounding the water. Â We quickly rigged up swim shads and diamond jigs and had a frantic blitz of
big stripers to finish off the season with many 20 to 30 pounders being caught in short order! Â Talk about ending the year
with a BANG! Â Thanks everyone. Â The tog will get chewing hard again once this weather pattern settles down and the hard
current eases. Â We'll be back out on the 2nd so please check back for our report.
