11/4 BOTTOM FISHING

Friday 11/6, Saturday 11/7 & Sunday 11/8 at 7AM
Yesterday we had out a nice crowd and weather was perfect with a calm ocean. We caught some nice sea bass and a few porgies but I would have liked to see more. We did have a good catch of blackfish and a keeper cod that Stan caught that won the pool at 12lbs. We will continue bottom fishing carrying clams & crabs but be ready to stop and jig a few bass if we see them in our travels.
Also remember that Blackfish Season opens Monday Nov 16th and we will be sailing for opening day at 7am with green crabs & Whiteleggers provided. See you soon. Thanks Capt.Mike
