It was a very tough day on the tog grounds. There was a large left over swell, dirty water and a strong easterly current. Started inshore and made several drops where we have been fishing and did not have any life at all. Moved out into deeper water and had some action with mostly shorts to finish the day. A couple of guys managed two or three keepers each but most struggled. Joe Carella, Millburn, NJ, took the pool.
