8/12 Update:  Just a quick summary of what's been going on, as we've been VERY busy.

Bottom fishing is OK right now, with seabass fishing being pretty good, while ling fishing is slowing down a few clicks with smaller ling starting to filter into the deep water wrecks.  Still some flounder around, but our cod bite has slowed with the much warmer water.

Fluke fishing is generally OK also, with some days being real good (limits +) while others are still slow but finally we are seeing some nice fish come up.  August should be very good!

Bluefishing is still good, and the rumor in town now is the GATORS have shown up at one of our offshore spots so bluefish trips will be going there and targeting the monsters.  I'm sure the albies, skippies, and other things that swim with the blues out there will be filtering in soon also.

Mahi fishing is pretty good also on the pots - depends on where you fish and the conditions but most pots in the nearby deep have mixed sized mahi on them.
