The Royal Miss Belmar will be sailing for fluke and sea bass from 7 30 a. m. 12 00 p. m. this Sunday, June 14th, and then she will begin sailing daily starting on Saturday, June 20th, from 7 30 a. m. 12 00 p. m. for fluke and sea bass!

When whales were making a comeback several decades ago, I was tuna fishing on Mako outboards out of Montauk and started seeing them swimming under the boat at times as I chunked. I once hooked a whale while casting a 1 4-ounce bucktail jig for school stripers off Ocean Beach even though I hadn t seen it surface at any time.
